Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Parkir Tepi Jalan Umum di Kota Pekalongan

This article aims to analyze the quality of public services regarding roadside parking in Pekalongan City. The problem this study is focused on problems, namely limited land or vehicle lots so that people park their vehicles arbitrarily. In addition, it also due actions several attendants who collect fees exceed provisions and presence illegal unofficial make arrangements fees. order approach these theoretical references from Zeitaml Ilosa are used, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, transparency security. data were collected through direct observation interviews with informants analyzed qualitatively. concludes edge roads not good. indicated by three dimensions state they good, responsiveness although four quite security, needs be improved.
